What forms of payment are acceptable?To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.

Can I use multiple coupon codes on my order?Only ONE coupon code may be applied per order.

Can I make adjustments to my order?If you need to make an adjustment to your order (wrong size, wrong color, address, etc.), please email us at customerservice@boldfaithmerch.com and we will try our best to accommodate your adjustment. Once your order has been processed, no adjustments can be made. Please carefully review all product and shipping details before checking out. Under no circumstances can we subtract or add items to an order. If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel the order and you can place a new order.

My order arrived damaged/incorrect. What should I do?If you received a damaged, defected , or incorrect product, please email us at customerservice@boldfaithmerch.com and we will gladly rectify the issue and resend your order.

When will my order ship?All online orders are generally processed between 1-3 business days. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via the email submitted at checkout. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.

I entered the wrong delivery address during checkout, what do I do?Bold Faith Merchandise is not responsible for wrong address entries. However, if you have entered the wrong address, and your order has not yet shipped, please email us immediately at customerservice@boldfaithmerch.com. Once your order has shipped, the address you entered can not be changed. If there is an address typo on our end, we will gladly rectify the issue and resend your order promptly.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?Bold Faith Merchandise is not responsible for ANY lost or stolen packages. Once your order has shipped, please contact the postal service associated with your tracking number for lost packages or packages that have been marked delivered but not yet recieved.

What happens if my package is unsuccessfully delivered and returned to BFM?If your package is returned to BFM by the postal service, you will be refunded the total amount of the item you purchased (Shipping costs are non-refundable). Then, you may place a new order.

I would like to refund or exchange my order?Unfortunately, all purchased items are final sale, therefore we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Only merchandise that is damaged or defected will be eligible for full refund or exchange. Please email us at customerservice@boldfaithmerch.com to rectify such incident.

Can I cancel my order?If you would like to cancel you order please email us immediately at customerservice@boldfaithmerch.com. Once your order has been processed, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
